Restful Nights Decaf is decaffeinated from naturally occurring chemicals derived from sugar cane. Grown at higher altitudes to maintain a delicious, layered flavor without the caffeine.

Brew Guide

We think Restful Nights performs best as a "Ristretto" or a "Normale."

Ristretto

  • For a double shot, measure 18 grams of coffee beans and grind in your preferred espresso grinder
  • Aim for an output of 27 grams in 24-26 seconds
  • If espresso comes out too slow, grind COARSER; if too fast, grind FINER

Normale

  • For a double shot, measure 18 grams of coffee beans and grind in your preferred espresso grinder
  • Aim for an output of 36 grams in 28-32 seconds
  • If espresso comes out too slow, grind COARSER; if too fast, grind FINER
