Espresso Shot Guide

We think Crema Dreams performs best as a "Normale" or a "Lungho."

Normale

  • For a double shot, measure 18 grams of coffee beans and grind in your preferred espresso grinder
  • Aim for an output of about 36 grams in 28-32 seconds

Lungho

  • For a double shot, measure 18 grams of coffee beans and grind in your preferred espresso grinder
  • Aim for an output of about 45 grams in 33-36 seconds

If espresso comes out too slow, grind COARSER; if too fast, grind FINER
