We think Italian Vacations performs best as a "Ristretto" or a "Normale."

  • For a double shot, measure 18 grams of coffee beans and grind in your preferred espresso grinder
  • Aim for an output of 27 grams in 24-26 seconds
  • If espresso comes out too slow, grind COARSER; if too fast, grind FINER

Normale

  • For a double shot, measure 18 grams of coffee beans and grind in your preferred espresso grinder
  • Aim for an output of 36 grams in 28-32 seconds

A favorite!

I love the aroma on this one! It is smooth and it’s flavorful notes of pecan and caramel might make this my favorite!

So fresh and aromatic! Almost too good to drink!

This is my new favorite espresso blend! The aroma from grind to final sip is to die for. I’m not sure if I spend more time drinking it or sniffing and savoring it. Hot or iced in my go-to Americano, it’s nutty and subtly sweet. Delicious!
